Further info to follow when we have the result of our lawsuit against Euroship Services, October 2008 - (or so we thought).

Unfortunately, the case goes on, as we could not reach any agreement. It might take another 3-6 months before we have a decision from the court, some time in Summer 2009.

This is an annoying and costly affair, and we sincerely advise everybody thinking of building a new vessel to consult a lawyer beforehand and to take out an insurance policy covering any legal costs !
